In my Christmas care package, Mom and Dad sent gorgeous Christmasy bracelets for Lola and Nancy... they absolutely LOVED them!

By the way, if you're thinking to yourself... 'Hey, isn't Ricky in Manila now?  Why are you blogging?'

Then the answer is, "Yes he is!!! But he's passed out now so I thought I would take advantage of the wifi and catch up on some posts!" :)

We had a fun day of hanging out and walking around Manila a little bit (stopped at a bistro where we had adobo sandwiches & Ricky had his first San Mig!).  Then Lola picked us up and took us back to her nephew's house where we shared some pizza and chicken and Ricky had his first mango!  We also tried bibingka and a purple, rice dessert that's only available at Christmas time.  

After we ate and visited, Lola's nephew and his goddaughter took us to Rizal Park and Manila Hotel to see the Christmas decorations!  Pictures to come later! :)

"Lola" means "grandmother" in Filipino... Lola's real name is Melba.
